After 19 years working as a duo in the fields of coded art and interactive digital installations, 2Roqs studio is closing doors.
We're not yet done though ! Julien and Michaël are now fully focused on pursuing their passion for Generative Art.

Interactive aquarium floor for "The Libraries' Night"

The 2019 Night of Libraries federated an enthusiastic public in all the places of culture of the metropolis of Bordeaux. For this occasion, we installed a large interactive aquarium floor in the entrance hall of the library Jacques Ellul Pessac.

Atlantis Aquarium Madrid Xanadú

November 1st, 2018
The Atlantis Aquarium opened in November 2018 in Madrid Xanadú, covering a 50000 m² area inside the largest shopping and leisure center of Spain. Yet it is a place focused on education and environmental awareness, far beyond entertainment alone.
For this space we have created a videoprojected aquarium floor, in which flocks of "Caesio Cuning" fishes, a Bonnet Head shark and a family of Cownose Rays interact with visitors.

Les boîtes CAPC is an educational digital tool set for contemporary art. This innovative object is the fruit of two years collaborative work between the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bordeaux (CAPC) and three complementary studios; 2Roqs (interaction design), Kubik (graphic design) and Zamak (design).

« O mio babbino caro »

"O Mio Babbino Caro" is an aria extracted from the opera Gianni Schicchi by Giacomo Puccini.
To illuminate Château Pape-Clément's vat, we imagined this projection-mapping on 6 screens, played in real time, which reacts to the voice of a soprano singer.
