Party in our new studio
The party itself was the occasion to install our RoqsTree application, as well as an innovative sms-based interactive application. Those who were not able to make it to the party could follow the evening events through a webcam installed in the studio.

E-mailing and mini-website
A mini-website has been designed to host the promotional video.
In order to achieve the difficult task of sorting out the guests to count in, an interactive newsletter has been designed and sent through our Newsletter module.
The people receiving the email were clicking on a button within the email to access the surprise video, while an automated system was catching their coming/not coming choice and store the answer in a database.
Another e-mail was able to provide each guest with a custom itinerary ( using Google Maps ) from their home or work place to our office.
The mini-website was developed in Flash. At first, it was used to showcase the video. Then, during the party, it was displaying the live images from the webcam.
Creating the movie
Creating the video in stop motion has been a great moment of fun. You'll get some more insight on its making and on the party itself in this article.
